About Jennifer Couch
I\'m currently training to become a Certified Life, Health, and Wellness Coach through Coach Training EDU and the Life Coach Federation. My focus is on helping teens, young adults, and women build confidence, shift their mindset, and make healthier choices that feel sustainable and empowering. After years of working in supportive roles and connecting with people one- on-one, I knew coaching was the next right step for me. I\'m especially drawn to working with those who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of what\'s next because I\'ve been there, too. I also have a teen and young adult as well and understand the struggles they go through. Right now, I\'m offering free virtual coaching sessions as I complete my practice hours.
