Then presented these solutions to said clients and negotiated installation for large capital gain.• Worked with teams of structural and mechanical engineers to provide fabrication shops with detailed drawings used in the manufacturing of stacker reclaimers, conveyors, and hoppers.• Identified and implemented a mobile inspection tool to replace manual reporting; pitched to VP of Sales, led company-wide adoption, created Standard Operating Procedure documentation, and onboarded all employees.• Travelled to aftermarket sites to perform inspections and increase relations with current and potential clients. Then supplied reports and supported the generation of parts and service quotes.
