ABOUT JUAN MEJIA
Juan Mejia is originally from Colombia and now resides in Atlanta, Georgia. He saw importance of bringing younger generations into leadership positions through his mentors. Juan founded JCM Ventures in an effort to aid entrepreneurship and scale organizations. He quickly realized the need for more bilingual commercial real estate brokers so he obtained his license and started one of the few Latino owned commercial real estate brokerages in Georgia. He created a niche market by serving those that serve us. He has relocated and negotiated several foreign consulates in Atlanta. His clients include government, nonprofit organizations, and private sector businesses.At the heart of Juan’s life is his volunteer work and passion for the community. For over close to two decades, he has volunteered in the Atlanta community with organizations like Ser Familia, the Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Atlanta Ballet, and United Way. He has been named a 2023 Outstanding Atlanta honoree, 50 Most Influential Latinos in GA by the GHCC, 40 Under 40 by Atlanta Business Chronicle & Georgia Trend, 35 Under 35 by the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce and 30 Under 30 by YNPN. As a community connector, he works closely with community leaders in order to connect, develop, and empower professionals and entrepreneurs through community, economic, and leadership opportunities. Because of his work in the community the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors awarded him the Community Service Award in 2022.
