I am a global executive and senior operating partner helping technology-driven organizations scale, de-risk execution, and become investment-ready through disciplined strategy, operating rigor, and capital-efficient design.As Senior Managing Partner of Global COMPEL International (GCi), I work directly with founders, boards, and executive teams at critical inflection points—growth acceleration, turnaround, pre-raise, post-raise, and transaction readiness. My role is to bring structure where complexity exists by aligning strategy, go-to-market execution, operating cadence, and enterprise architecture so growth is intentional, measurable, and durable.With nearly four decades in the market across three continents, I progressed from hands-on technologist and systems builder to senior operating partner and C-suite executive. Over the past 15+ years in executive roles (CEO, COO, CIO, CTO), I have led and advised organizations across healthcare, fintech, manufacturing, media, entertainment, and AI-enabled platforms. My work has produced repeatable outcomes including $50M+ revenue scale, 400% growth through platform and GTM transformation, valuation expansion approaching ~$80M across startup and mid-market initiatives, and acquisition outcomes consistently in the ~$15–20M range.I am most often engaged by startups and mid-size organizations that need senior operating experience to scale without the cost or rigidity of a full-time executive team. I work hands-on with founders to strengthen leadership, restructure operations, and design go-to-market strategies that support sustainable growth.
