About Jeff Clayton
MBA with over 25 years of experience in industry and consulting. My clients are companies who do business with or receive funding from the government. These companies represent a wide variety of industries, to include healthcare, life sciences, technology, cloud services, professional services, security, industrial supply, engineering, manufacturing, and many others. Some examples of the work I perform on behalf of my clients include: working with companies to obtain, manage, administer, and exercise options on GSA/VA Schedule contracts; working with companies to develop pricing and compliance strategies; assistance with supply chain and cyber risk management; deploying resources and tools to support government pricing, gross to net, and market access; working with companies and their counsel to perform complex data analysis in support of claims, disputes, disclosures and other litigation-related matters; providing government contracts compliance advisory services; and addressing M&A diligence and/or integration-related issues.
