Transportation costs continue to rise as the delivery demand increases in the era of.com and driver capacity continues to tighten. I’ve spent 15+ years in the transportation industry focused on increasing profitability across every driver mile, creating customer value, and leading a safe fleet.In addition to my transportation focus, I have experience working with a variety of customers, big and small, and in various industries: manufacturing, retail, and insurance. In my 20+ years of work experience, I find that connecting with the individuals is at the root of any success: customers, your team, vendors, etc. While I’ve maintained laser-focus on goals, I’ve focused on crafting my leadership style to be authentic, humble, and flexible. I’ve served in a variety of roles in my career, most prominently as a transportation operations leader and as a project manager.
