In addition to my role in recruitment, I am an artist and director, producer, writer, and designer at JULIACKS, where I create trans-media fictions across various mediums, including novels, public art, tapestries, comics, films, performances, events, and exhibitions. Having received numerous awards (Fulbright, Mondriaan, NJ Council for the Arts, etc,) I hold multiple degrees in English Literature, Fine Art & Creative Writing, Live Art and Performance Studies, Art & Cinema, Printmaking, Film, Digital Filmmaking, and Creative Arts. I am also a certified talent sourcer and storyteller for recruiting and employee/community retention.
