As a Business Process Owner at L\'Oréal, I manage the evolution from SAP ECC to an SAP S/4 HANA solution for the quality processes at the Canada manufacturing plant. I am responsible for gap analysis, data cleansing/migration, simulation testing, user training & adoption, and BI. I have a strong background in pharmaceutical chemistry, which I obtained from the University of Sherbrooke. I started my career as a raw materials chemist at L\'Oréal, and then advanced to the roles of Lab Manager and Quality Business Expert within the Quality Assurance team at the corporate headquarters. I have led and supported global projects at the interface of quality and IT, leveraging tools such as SAP ECC, HANA, FIORI, Apriso by Dassault, powerBI. We launched organization-wide powerBIs for quality teams, revolutionizing the way data is consumed and analyzed in the labs. I have also delivered a powerBI solution to quantify and track gaps in stock management. I am passionate about finding innovative and efficient ways to improve and digitalize operations across métiers. I enjoy working with diverse and cross-functional teams, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies.
