Boreala Management is a remarkable company, with an inspiring vision, lead by an extraordinary partnership of women. Boreala provides consulting, facilitation and employee development programs to support clients deeply rooted in their communities and their commitment to develop as stronger organizations. I have been partnering with the Boreala RISE leadership training team to offer strategic advisory on their people-development curriculum and have also developed courses in their Communications, Organizational Effectiveness and Leadership & Management portfolios.
