About Justin Geerdes
I am husband, a father of 3 young boys, football and baseball coach of many ages, and love the life GOD has provided me. I bring this energy to every aspect of my life and soon to my future career.With over 12 years of service in the US Navy as a Naval Aviator, I am taking every great opportunity the US Navy provided me and looking to use that experience in the civilian world. I have multiple years of real world multi-domain operational experience in multiple theaters around the world. Becoming the 99th Growler Tactics Instructor, I have a keen understanding of the RF spectrum and how to operationally apply EW Warfare in all domains. As a member of the NAWDC STRIKE team, I became a integration expert learning to integrate DoD assets appropriately in synchronizing effects optimizing our ability to tackle Great Power Competition. I have participated and instructed several high end fight exercises including eight Weapon School Integration exercises, ten Great Power Competition Air Wing Fallon, eight Red Flags, and six C2X. In 2023, I led as the Training Officer and Operations Officer of CVW8s participation in the largest NATO exercise ever in Air Defender 2023, Germany. As I continue to journey into the civilian world, I am excited to take my operational experience, team leadership capabilities, and motivational drive to enhance and make our warfighters more effective.
