Oversee the delivery of telecommunications technology services for a wide range of large-scale turnkey site construction, highly technical carrier upgrades and add-ons, and other key projects, such as Project Excalibur with T-Mobile/Ericsson and the DISH Network Civil Construction Expansion Phase.• Support the success of key projects by performing civil and groundwork (power upgrades, new site construction, etc.), tower work (mount swap, non-mount swap, various structures, and venues), site upgrades, 5G rollouts, fiber tests, RF sweep tests, and more.• Leverage strong problem-solving skills to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.• Employ strong knowledge of AT & T, Dish Wireless, T-Mobile, Verizon, Ericsson, CommScope, Fujitsu, and other carriers and manufacturers to deliver tailored support spanning client onboarding, project and construction management, and closeout.• Mitigate risks by ensuring ongoing compliance with OSHA regulations and other safety standards.• Navigate complex challenges and obstacles with an innovative and solution-focused mindset.• Promote operational excellence by training, mentoring, and supporting new team members.• Evaluate staff performance to identify strengths and opportunities for additional coaching.• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current and emerging telecommunications trends and technologies.• Align objectives and bridge communications with fellow leaders to craft high-impact business strategies.
