I serve as a Partner at Learner-Centered Collaborative, where I partner with schools and districts to redesign the future of public education and implement learner-centered systems. I also serve as the Founder and Coach of The Efficacy Lab, a coaching practice focused on helping individuals and leaders move from reflection to aligned action.Across more than two decades of leadership experience, my work has centered on helping people and systems navigate change with greater clarity, coherence, and commitment. In public education, that has meant supporting school and district leaders to define whole-learner outcomes, co-construct shared vision, design meaningful learning experiences, and build the enabling conditions necessary for transformation. In coaching, it means helping individuals and leaders align who they are with how they lead and live.My work sits at the intersection of learner-centered systems, leadership development, and collective efficacy. I’m especially energized by opportunities to guide teams through complexity, strengthen trust and shared purpose, and design the conditions for people and ideas to flourish.Throughout my career, I have led and supported large-scale transformation efforts across school systems in the U.S. and internationally. My experience includes executive leadership, school and district redesign, leadership development, talent strategy, organizational culture, and change management.
