I work across the full solution lifecycle, from shaping early-stage ideas with clients through to prototyping, estimation, and delivery support. My role blends consultancy, product thinking, and hands-on design to help organisations move from ambiguity to action.I lead and facilitate workshops, define solution approaches, deliver proofs of concept, and create supporting artefacts such as user journeys, wireframes, and estimates. I collaborate closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to align on direction, define success, and accelerate progress.My work focuses on using AI and digital innovation to improve business processes and unlock new value. This includes helping clients understand how emerging technologies can streamline operations, enhance decision-making, and transform the way they work.I have also worked closely with the product team to shape the customer experience and strategic direction of DataQI, applying my experience in AI solution design and user-centred thinking to guide its evolution as a leading knowledge automation platform.
