About Jc Conte

Since 1996 Mr. Conte has worked exclusively in the commercial real estate business with a Hyper-Focus on Industrial Distribution and Logistics Tenant & Landlord Representation. Mr. Conte joined CBRE in and quickly became a Vice President. In 2006 JC became a Principal in the Staubach Company and held the title of Director of Industrial Brokerage Services. The Staubach Company was bought by JLL. In 2010 Mr. Conte launched and ran JC Commercial Realty growing annual revenues consistently for 8.5 years when he decided to merge with Butters Realty and Management where he now serves as the Director of Industrial Brokerage Services. Mr. Conte has been an active member of National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and has obtained the CoStar Power Broker award every year for the past 14 years for exceptional service and production. He is the third of four children born to Cuban immigrants and he speaks and writes fluent Spanish. In 1992 he directed his father\'s election campaign for First Mayor of the Village of Key Biscayne. His father, Rafael Conte, Sr. served two consecutive terms. JC is proud to be a Miami native and happily married to Grace Conte for over twenty seven years. Grace and JC have four children; Claudio (26) CPA MA, Gabriel (25) Actor & Social Media Influencer, Sofia (19) and Nicolas (16). They are expecting their first grandchild in July of 2020. In JC\'s spare time he enjoys coaching youth wrestling. JC was the the Director of Calvary Wrestling Club in Fort Lauderdale for six years and is currently an active Executive Board Member of the Broward County Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Mr. Conte is a Men\'s Ministry Leader at his church, Victory Life, Plantation, Florida.
