JC is currently Owner/Founder of Revolution Custom Builders (“RCB”), a custom home firm specializing in urban residential projects throughout the greater Seattle area since 2007.JC’s proficiency has guided him in crafting RCB to encompass a variety of projects from unique custom homes to comprehensive multifamily buildings. Revolution Civil Builders services continue to benefit industry developers, contractors & owners. In 2021, JC Co-Founded Liberty Investments to help fill the comprehensive need to develop, build and sell communities. Liberty is a fully encompassed development company that is passionate about working through the small details to achieve the big picture.Liberty Investments executes the process of procuring land, design, permitting, and building quality homes with an end-result of selling the completed project.These three companies serve the greater Seattle area with a focus in Mercer Island, Ballard, Fremont, Queen Anne, Capitol Hill, Magnolia, Ravenna, Madison Park, Madrona, Leschi, Green lake, Eastlake, Sand Point, Maple Leaf, Phinney, Wallingford and Burien.JC has a degree from the University of Washington Construction Management program and a Bachelor of Communications from Washington State University.
