Responsible for achieving revenue goals and chargeability targets for the program management practice- Ensure that the program management service offering artifacts and templates are updated and readily accessible to the company- Grow and develop the team; ensure career paths are understood; delegate well and groom successors- Codify lessons learned via post project reviews for every project- Evolve program management by identifying innovative ideas to make sure we are meeting the client’s needs- Define processes and improvement for great alignment across practices including handoffs / integration- Own the delivery quality and customer satisfaction for program management- Participate in pre-sales support activities by representing the practice within the assigned geography and participating in the estimation process; ensure others on the team are trained in the process- Ensure projects in the geography are staffed properly- Serve as the team / project escalation point
