Dr. JeanCarlo (J.C.) Bonilla is an executive leader in educational technology and artificial intelligence, currently serving as COO and Head of AI at Element451. In this role, he drives organizational scaling through operational excellence while developing data-driven frameworks to accelerate the company\'s next growth stage. His leadership of Element451\'s AI practice has positioned the company as a pioneer in AI-driven student engagement solutions, transforming how institutions connect with and serve their students.With over 20 years of experience bridging academic theory and practical application, JC brings deep expertise in the development and adoption of next-generation data products and global analytics solutions. As a faculty member at New York University, he teaches Applied Data Science at the graduate level and has mentored more than 1,500 students who now lead analytics initiatives worldwide.Prior to Element451, JC served as the inaugural Global Chief Analytics Officer at VaynerX, where he led measurement and advanced analytics practices, focusing on performance marketing capabilities and integrated data-driven approaches. His experience also includes senior management at DataKind, where he oversaw a global portfolio of over 200 advanced analytics projects in the data-for-good movement. At NYU, he directed multiple recruitment, admissions, and academic services initiatives, managing yearly intakes exceeding 1,600 students.Currently, JC cohosts the GenAI podcast for the Enrollify Podcast Network and serves as an advisor to DCDX, a Gen-Z research and strategy firm. He holds Bachelor\'s and Master\'s degrees in Electrical Engineering and a Ph.D. in Information Systems from New York University.
