I oversee all aspects of HR, such as talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, performance management, professional development, employee/labor relations, retention, succession planning, and compliance. I also champion initiatives that foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence, mentoring and coaching, and employee engagement and recognition.
