Oversaw the implementation of a suite of reporting tools to manage finished goods inventory requirements. Monitored the forecasting cadence and introduced a streamlined lite-version of the S & OP process to enhance cross-functional collaboration. My efforts contributed to double-digit growth top line growth while maintaining flat growth in inventory, balancing market demands and optimizing resources.
