A track record of success having worked at Executive Director level both within the NHS and third sector for over 20 years much of which has focused on leading large scale change and transformation. I’ve worked in a broad range of health and social care settings including: acute, community, children\'s, mental health, learning disabilities, specialist and forensic services and social care. Known as an enabling and empowering transformation leader I have an authentic style that brings out the best in colleagues and creates high performing and engaged teams. I am particularly passionate about the development of services to most vulnerable groups / people in society and to play my part in reducing healthcare inequalities. Working in partnership to create joint solutions can make a massive difference to people\'s lives. I have my own personal reasons for feeling so passionate about wanting to make a difference which drives my ambition to improve services. I\'m originally from Northern Ireland but haven\'t retained the accent!
