   Active Shooter/Workplace Violence Training- Developed the first of its kind training and e-Learning for Active Shooter, Workplace Violence & Incident Preparedness Program. This unique program helps individuals and organizations, Prepare for, Respond to and Recover from an event. These tours have consisted of over 400 shows, 316 venues, and over 100 hotels. • Manage all security needs for 12 celebrity dancers during a 56 city tour • Liaison with venue security management, talent, and production management to insure a safe environment for all members of the tour Security Advisor to Non-Government Organizations (NGO) • Developed a training program package to increase staff survivability while working in semi-permissive and non-permissive environments. • Travel to multiple semi-permissive and non-permissive countries to implement group training for NGO staff, senior management and shareholders.
