I was blessed to be offered the newly created position of Digital Marketing Manager for Hawthorn Senior Living. I was blown away that this mid-level senior living organization was launched to preserve the culture and the heart of some of the earliest visionaries in senior care. With an organization whose heart for seniors is worn on their sleeve, it\'s easy to rely on what works. But, as the pandemic and the constant march of progress proves, forward is our only option for survival. So that has become my mission. To examine our Hawthorn Heart and discover new ways to share it openly and authentically with the 10587 seniors turning 70 every day. And not just the tug heart strings, we are revamping our internal systems to support data driven empowerment at every level of our organizations.I\'m excited to be in this role because Hawthorn has a legacy of support to share, a culture of caring worth talking about. And a universe of stories and legacies that I am excited facilitate sharing.
