They\'re technically not wrong, but I swear there\'s more strategy to it.In my current role as a Solutions Consultant at Sprinklr, I start my days with a simple question: what are people actually saying about a brand, and what does it really mean?(you know, beyond “we should post more memes”)From there, I enjoy turning that noisy, messy stream of social conversations into clear stories that teams can actually use. That might look like building a listening framework that spots a brewing issue before it becomes a crisis, or surfacing a cultural trend that inspires a new campaign. Along the way, I spend a lot of time in workshops and live sessions, walking marketers, comms leaders, and CX teams through dashboards and insights, and helping them see not just the data on the screen, but the opportunities and decisions behind it—basically translating “internet chaos” into “here’s the plan.”Outside of work you can catch me whisking matcha, frequenting jazz clubs, having spontaneous weekend trips, or reading more tweets
