About Jc Cullen

Leaving Puerto Rico as a child taught me to learn and adapt to new environments and cultures, to work at a faster pace, and to understand the significance of maintaining a positive and clear mindset in all situations. I enlisted in the United States Air Force shortly after settling in. During my service, I learned the importance of attention to detail, deadlines, and diversity; and after separating from the Military & earning my degree at ODU, I entered the construction industry.

Duties include- Manage daily construction operations in high-security, mission-critical environments- Coordinate base access, badging, and compliance with military security protocols- Maintain project schedules and proactively resolve sequencing and field conflicts- Control project production, quality, safety, costs, track forecasts, and support delivery under budget- Lead subcontractors and field teams while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance- Coordinate with government stakeholders, engineers, and inspection authorities
