Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, industry trailblazers, and interdisciplinary clinical staff to offer high-quality, reliable, evidence-based care for all children. Accomplishing the mission by designing and implementing best-in-class operations structure, program priorities, and aligned vision.Singularly responsible for $45mm annual budget, encompassing:* NEW 60-bed inpatient psychiatric hospital tower, partial hospitalization program, intensive outpatient programs, and 5 outpatient multidiscipline specialty clinics;* Pediatric hospital consult/liaison psychiatry service, mental health emergency service, and medical social work;* Certified Child Advocacy Center;* Consultative/integrative mental health services in several primary care and community-based settings.
