Joseph brings over 20 years of experience leading the conception, development, and delivery of high-impact software products, with deep expertise in mobile applications, consumer devices, and highly scalable platforms. He has held senior leadership roles across the product and technology spectrum, including Director of Product Management, Senior Manager of Product Management, Principal Technical Product Manager, and Solutions Architect.With experience spanning early-stage startups to Fortune 5 enterprises, Joseph excels at aligning executive vision with stakeholder priorities, mitigating technical and business risk, and delivering innovative products on time and within budget that solve real customer problems.He has served as the single-threaded owner for multiple large-scale initiatives at global leaders such as Amazon and Dell, as well as high-growth companies including Coupang and Cyanogen. Most recently, he led the redesign of a multi-billion-dollar, AI-driven pricing system for Amazon Resale. Prior to this, he led product management for customer and seller experiences for Amazon Today and later headed the software integration team, helping double revenue and launch new product categories.Previously, Joseph founded and scaled Coupang’s Retail Systems Product Management organization, supporting distributed engineering teams across Seattle and Seoul. Under his leadership, the retail business expanded by tens of millions of high-quality products through the creation of new supplier platforms (supplier.coupang.com), innovative vendor programs, accelerated acquisition strategies, and streamlined contracting workflows—fueling Coupang’s rapid growth as a global marketplace.Joseph has also led the launch of major consumer devices, including Echo Auto, Echo Buds, OnePlus smartphones, and Halo Rise, collectively selling millions of units and achieving strong customer ratings. For these products, he served as the single-threaded owner of companion mobile applications on Android and iOS, overseeing customer onboarding, core functionality, and long-term engagement.Outside of work, Joseph enjoys exploring emerging technologies, building smart home systems, playing softball and bowling, snowboarding, spending time with his bulldogs, and traveling the world.
