With over 15 years of experience in higher education administration, I currently serve as the Vice President of Instruction at Yuba College, a diverse and growing community college in Northern California. I hold a doctoral degree in Educational Leadership with an emphasis in Higher Education from the University of Southern California.In my role, I lead the academic programs, faculty, and instructional support services of the college, as well as the college\'s strategic enrollment management work. I am passionate about enhancing student success, promoting equity and inclusion, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. I have developed and implemented effective strategies for planning, assessment, accreditation, and grant development, as well as collaborated with internal and external stakeholders to advance the college\'s mission and vision.
