This involves the following themes- Pre Sales & Commercials - Engagement & Delivery Lead - Delivery of Leadership & Professional Development Coaching • Primary EMEA solution architect for client pitches, responses to tenders and sales campaigns for solutions involving our scalable, digital coaching platform. • Work with Product and Development teams to promote improvements based on delivery experiences and client feedback to improve real value for clients as measured by higher engagement rates and realisation of developmental change. • Provide a point of view on use cases in line with technical knowledge, participant experience, providing commercial and pricing input, and demonstrating solutions to clients. • Lead point of contact on engagements leveraging coaching at scale platform across EMEA, responsible for ongoing stakeholder relationships, service delivery, quality and innovation of delivery approaches. • Make sure clients receive excellent service by proactively solving problems across process, operational, and delivery aspects to create improved client (and participant) outcomes. • Contextually apply Korn Ferry’s IP across assessments, leadership and e-learning to fit and fuel an individual’s career plans and progression, behavioural skills, internal mobility, and career transitions. • Coaching of internal high potential talent within EMEA as part of Korn Ferry’s global development program. • Deliver developmental coaching within formal programmes and on-demand engagements for clients from Middle East, Africa, Europe, Asia and North America, ranging from Manager to C-suite level, focused on behavioural change and development of leadership skillsets. • Curate and facilitate webinars and masterclass sessions to deliver coaching support at scale.
