I lead Client Innovation and Business Value functions for EMEA GTM. Our mission is to help customers make value-driven investment decisions and use our AI-led innovation approach to buy, deliver, and adopt Pega solutions faster, more effectively, and with maximum impact.We do this by- Applying an AI-first, human-supported operating model for value and innovation- Helping customers accelerate their business and digital transformations- Delivering experiential client engagements that put their customers first- Enabling confident, value-driven and confident buying decisions- Retiring legacy systems and launching new workflows and AI solutions faster and with greater impact- Promoting a partner-native (GSIs and hyperscalers) approach to value and innovation at scale- Enabling the wider GTM organisation to mature how we innovate and drive value-driven client impactOur teams operate at the cutting edge of technology, developing, adopting, and operationalising agentic solutions through our AI-and-Human operating model.
