Serve as the lead development officer for the health care entities of the East Central Indiana Region of IU Health including the hospitals of Ball Memorial, Blackford and Jay. Lead with passion and commitment to enhance health and well-being while inspiring generosity across the East Central Region within the state of Indiana. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive, cultivate, solicit, and manage relationships with both potential and current donors while focusing on revenue growth and high priority funding areas. Partner with executive and senior leadership (including but not limited to Development and Operations Executives as well as Executive Directors) to uphold and achieve metrics. Manages and supports driving financial goals to target. Serves as a member of the IU Health Foundation leadership team. Managed the highest single fundraising year in region history in 2022 with over $2.4M. Secured the largest commitment to IU Health Ball Memorial of $1.375M. Increased individual giving 186% in two years. Assigned to develop campaign strategy and case for support. Managed the transfer of over $90 million in Ball Memorial Hospital Foundation Funds to the IU Health Foundation including the coordination of multiple fund managers
