ABOUT JENNY BOZZETTI

As a Senior Technical Trainer at Lighthouse, I help our teams build a practical understanding of the tools and workflows we rely on every day. I love making complex things easier to understand and creating learning experiences that genuinely help people do their best work. I care deeply about creating an environment where learning feels approachable, not intimidating. Lighthouse has been a welcoming and inspiring place to continue learning and contribute in meaningful ways.Before Lighthouse, I spent over a decade at Relativity in roles that shaped both my technical skills and my approach to training. I moved from Product Support into Relativity’s first full-time training role, working with customers across the globe, and later into Instructional Design and Product Adoption. One of the projects I’m most proud of from that time was Relativity Fest Learning Labs, which brings hands-on, interactive learning to thousands of attendees during one of the largest annual conferences in the industry.Along the way, I had the chance to build customer education programs, work closely with global teams, and learn from incredibly smart colleagues and customers. Through every step, a few things have stayed the same: I care about the people I work with, I love making learning less intimidating, and I genuinely believe that curiosity is one of the best tools we have.Albert Einstein once said, “Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. The important thing is to never stop questioning.” That mindset continues to guide how I show up in my work every day.
