I am proud to be the Commercial Director at Elevation Recruitment Group, including our executive search arm Parkinson | Lee.My role is focused on supporting our clients across all sectors, helping them attract, engage and retain exceptional people. I work closely with business leaders to shape recruitment strategies that genuinely add value, while ensuring our teams continue to deliver outstanding results across every specialism.I have spent more than 20 years in recruitment. I started out placing labourers and trades across heavy engineering sites, often chasing people round for timesheets, before moving into temporary and interim engineering professionals. From there I focused on health and safety recruitment as it quite rightly became a top priority for many businesses, before moving into broader manufacturing and engineering leadership, which gave me the opportunity to bring that specialism to Elevation.Since joining Elevation, we have grown the largest manufacturing and engineering specialist team of its kind, including a hugely successful leadership and director appointments team. It is an industry I have always been passionate about, and while my role now spans the full group, I will still be working closely with the manufacturing sector.
