Direct and govern the global data privacy and compliance strategy across all major operating jurisdictions, including the UK, EU, USA, and Asia. This role is focused on applying extensive expertise in data privacy and AI governance to ensure enterprise-wide regulatory adherence and to position the firm for continued growth within the rapidly evolving FinTech sector- ​Provide strategic oversight and independent challenge on data risk management and AI governance, regularly advising the C-suite and Board subcommittees on regulatory exposure, ethical deployment, and the adequacy of governance frameworks- ​Lead the design and sustained implementation of a robust, global privacy program, ensuring compliance with complex multi-jurisdictional laws (e.g, GDPR, UKDPA, CCPA, DPDP, etc.)- ​Mandate and govern the \"Privacy by Design and Default\" methodology across all new business processes and product development, proactively mitigating regulatory and reputational risk, including for AI-driven initiatives- ​Direct the full data governance and risk management life cycle, including high-stakes functions such as Incident Response & Breach Management, AI ethical risk assessments, and Vendor Due Diligence and Third-Party Risk oversight- ​Champion organizational integrity and regulatory adherence through strategic stakeholder engagement and the development and delivery of advanced privacy and AI ethics training and awareness programs.
