After decades as a working mom in high tech, I stepped away from the corporate world and became a Board-Certified Hypnotist and Neurolinguistic Practitioner. Today, I help other working moms quiet the chaos, silence the inner critic, regain balance, and create meaningful change in their lives.Hypnosis is one of the most effective tools for rapid behavioral change and deep, lasting transformation. In just a few sessions, many clients experience profound shifts—increased confidence and self-esteem, reduced stress, improved focus, healthier emotional patterns, and a renewed sense of control.Looking back, I know how much I would have benefited from these tools during my own years juggling career and motherhood.
