Manage the day to day vendor relationships for the FedNow team. FedNow will be the first new business line for the Federal Reserve System in 40 years, and will be transformative for United States payments. FedNow will take trillions of dollars of payments from multi-day clearing and settlement to instant payments. We will deliver a stellar customer experience through the use of secure, software-first, cloud-native services.I am part of the Technical Operations team and I track deliverables, adhere to SLAs, and KPIs across key vendors, responsible for the vendor design, management and execution of operations required to support the ongoing technical and delivery needs of the FedNow Program, as well as the transition to production support and operations. When I started we had no SW services and now we have over 83 SW services. We are cloud based which makes thing interesting.I get involved with topics such as observability, security, automation, disaster recovery, latency, and ITIL.
