Healthcare’s payment engine is broken. The incentives are off. The payment models are outdated. And innovation struggles to scale within legacy systems and processes.I’ve spent my entire career working across the mess—driving innovation at payers, providers, and health tech companies to redesign how care gets paid for. My focus is on risk, performance, and building financial models that actually capture and enhance value—whether in employer-sponsored plans or for dual-eligible populations.Today, I lead Risk Solutions at XO Health, where we are fundamentally changing how healthcare is paid for. Before that, I helped transform Firefly Health into a full health plan, and led the risk adjustment business at PopHealthCare.
