Jim Belasco (retired) was the Agile IT agent for customer satisfaction. He oversees projects and timetables working hands-on with help desk staff and engineers. He is part of pre-sales technical consultations, proof of concept, and project implementation. Jim is, in a large way, responsible for the content of these customer interactions. Jim brings a variety of expertise to Agile IT, and is very focused on exceeding the expectations of our customers and providing real value in our solutions. Before automation was popular, Jim worked with a software producer to automate legal office operations. He became the process tester for the company after demonstrating his tendency to break the processes by doing as a user would do. Jim has more than 20 years’ experience working as an IT manager and certified IT engineer. Jim’s intimate knowledge of the business process required to develop, then outsource, an IT project and what it takes to mitigate cleanup afterwards is vital to Agile IT’s success. Watching and managing the full process allows Agile IT to provide the best solutions and service for our customers. For most of his career, Jim has been involved in the betterment of the IT industry, working hard to encourage integrity and fortitude in the IT professional. He has been recognized by Microsoft as an MVP and is Chairman Emeritus of the Network Professional Association championing professional standards in the industry.
