Key Accomplishments: Generated $3.1 million in donor engagement in the past 13 months. Generated of $1.8m budget in the first 5 months of this fiscal year Secured in American Rescue Plan (ARPA) funds in Q4 2022 Oversaw re-opening of Soup Kitchen to the public after two (2) year closure due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Eliminated dependency on temporary workers from 15 to zero, saving the organization $4K to $10K weekly; refilled long-vacant positions, i.e, Kitchen Manager, Volunteer Manager, Administrative Assistants, Assistant Warehouse Manager, Assistant Kitchen Manager, Children\'s Literacy Director, and other leadership roles. Our Food Bank & Kitchen provides hot meals, childhood literacy programs, and food boxes to our local food-insecure neighbors. Currently spearheading and holding oversight of creative roadmaps and directives aimed at raising awareness and revenue for multiple programs, including Free Hot Meals, Free Sack Lunches, Children’s Literacy, Food Box & Food Rescue Programs, Home Deliveries, and the expansion of Neighborhood Distribution efforts.
