Brant Carnwath grew up in Annapolis, MD where his family ran a non-profit for 25+ years. After college he joined a recruiting firm and played an integral role with the management team during its relocation to a new office. Responsibilities included organizing and managing multiple networking events, meetings, and various commerce occasions to research the novel market and to build business relationships. Working with companies that ranged from startups to Fortune 500 firms focusing in the Technical and Design markets, Brant became their proprietor of the Architectural, Engineering, Manufacturing, Power and Construction Groups for North Carolina and South Carolina. In 2009 he relocated to California where he joined an Environmental Engineering firm, and developed and built a nationwide, full life cycle Recruiting Department that outlined policy and practices for sourcing, recruiting strategies, programs and communications. After six years he was recruited by Gensler to be the senior regional recruiter to help transition the firm\'s department from an HR generalist role to a fully functional recruiting department in their largest office. Currently he has formed Corporate Recruiting a firm that specializes in Cannabis/ Architecture / Engineering / Technology and Operations Recruitment.
