About Jane Builder
Jane is a 20-year government relations professional specializing in policy which impacts the build out of telecommunications networks. She oversees an area of the eastern U.S. from the Canadian border to South Carolina. Jane received a Masters’ Degree in Public Administration from NYU’s Wagner School of Public Service, and a J.D. from Pace University’s School of Law with a concentration in Environmental Law. Prior to her Telecommunications career, Jane was a litigator and an Administrative Law Judge in New York City. Jane is passionate about bringing connectivity to under served communities and is a member of the Board of Directors of the New York State Wireless Association. She served as an alternate on the FCC Broadband Deployment Advisory Committee focusing on deployment to low income communities.
