I\'ve spent my career at the intersection of healthcare technology and human complexity — the place where a platform has to actually work for a health plan, a trading partner, and a client all at once, and someone has to own making that happen.That someone is me.With a background spanning payer platform implementations, SaaS client delivery, EDI integrations, and health network operations, I bring something that\'s genuinely uncommon in this space: the technical depth to understand what engineering is building, the communication precision to translate it for stakeholders at every level, and the discipline to bring structure to ambiguity when the path forward isn\'t obvious.My foundation is unusual for a PM. I hold an MS in Computer Information Systems and a BA in English Communication Arts — which means I\'ve written code and I\'ve written for humans, and I know the difference between what each audience needs. That combination has defined how I work: I don\'t just manage projects, I lead them. I own outcomes, not just timelines.I\'ve directed a $50M payment integrity portfolio at Optum, led enterprise claims adjudication platform implementations, managed concurrent SaaS client implementations, and owned partner relationships on both the client side and the health network side simultaneously. I\'ve served as Project Manager and Scrum Master in the same role, bridging technical delivery and client accountability when no one else was positioned to hold both.I\'m also a committed practitioner of AI-augmented work.    MacroHealth delivers a SaaS platform that connects health plans with provider networks — simplifying the complexity of network access, configuration, and data exchange for payers of all sizes.As Senior Project Manager, I lead concurrent implementations for regional health plans and self-funded employer clients, owning the full delivery lifecycle from kickoff through go-live. My work spans three primary workstreams: EDI and trading partner onboarding, enrollment and eligibility (834) integrations, and reporting and analytics configuration — coordinating across internal engineering, BSA, and EDI teams while maintaining direct accountability to client and health network partners simultaneously.What makes this role distinctive is the dual partner ownership — I serve as the primary relationship holder on both the client side and the health network side, which requires translating technical delivery status into business language for two different audiences at once, and holding commitments together when the path gets complicated.I\'ve also built custom JIRA dashboards to create real-time implementation visibility across my project portfolio — giving me and my stakeholders a reliable signal in an environment where standard reporting wasn\'t sufficient.Recognized with the 2025 MacroHealth VIP Award.
