ABOUT JENNIFER ALLEN

Jennifer Allen is an insightful business and community leader, strategist and expert collaborator. She offers distinct expertise developing and executing growth strategies across complex, technical fields such as workplace strategy, architecture, interior design, engineering, construction, healthcare and financial services. Currently she serves as Market President at Alfred Williams & Company. In this role she leads and directs regional growth strategy across high performing sales, interior design, business development, marketing, project management and customer care teams. Prior to joining Alfred Williams & Company she served as SVP, Market Executive with Bank of America and SVP, Chief Strategy Officer and Principal, Senior Vice President of Strategy and National Business Development Team Leader with SEPI Engineering (acquired by TranSystems & GFT), a large-scale, multi-disciplinary infrastructure planning, design, and construction firm. She directed a national sales and strategy team focused delivering aggressive growth strategies, business development, pursuit strategies, client experience and leadership development. Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Linguistics from North Carolina State University and is a devoted community volunteer, supporting organizations such as the NC Chamber of Commerce, Raleigh Chamber of Commerce, YMCA of the Triangle, State Capitol Foundation, William Peace University and Children’s Flight of Hope. She has been named a Top CEO / C-Suite Executive award winner by the Triangle Business Journal, chaired the 2023 Raleigh Chamber Women\'s Leadership Conference, is a graduate of the Leadership North Carolina program, and is actively involved in the North Carolina Economic Developers Association (NCEDA), Raleigh Chamber of Commerce, Cary Chamber of Commerce, and Triangle Commercial Real Estate Women (TCREW).
