   Founding Program Director with Awty International, using community partnerships to fully fund a new site in Spring Branch.We provide a free learning experience to under resourced families in Houston from middle school to and through college. Our dual mission is working to serve middle school families by helping them navigate the challenges of engaging in high quality learning while also developing and empowering the next generation of teachers.Supported students post-summer program with individualized plans on their school year journey and engaged families, school. leaders, and community stakeholders to ensure Breakthrough was meeting the needs of all students in an equitable manner.Hired, trained, and coached a group of 2 Deans, 6 Instructional Coaches and 42 Teaching Fellows through Professional Development prior to the summer using aligned, student-centered evaluation rubrics and a Breakthrough National Collaborative curriculum.
