Making science resonate through clarity, credibility, and impact.I’m a behavioural scientist specialising in leadership and organisational performance, with a focus on translating research into practical, engaging applications.I’m currently Senior Science Communications & Research Manager at The Positive Group, where I work cross-functionally across product, marketing, sales, and client teams. My role centres on ensuring scientific credibility across learning solutions, marketing campaigns, and thought leadership, aligning behavioural research with commercial and client needs.I completed a PhD in psychiatric epidemiology at the University of Bristol and have delivered peer-reviewed research published in JAMA Psychiatry and PLOS One. I’ve also authored two first-author publications in Harvard Business Review.Since moving into industry, I’ve worked across digital health, workplace wellbeing and organisational performance, collaborating with academic and industry professionals, supporting evidence-led marketing initiatives, contributing to product development, and working directly with clients to translate behavioural data into meaningful insight.I’m particularly interested in cross-disciplinary collaboration and bringing together research, commercial strategy and communication.
