I believe recovery is more than sobriety.Recovery is an identity-formation process that leads to transformation.Shaped by lived experience, my work is centered on helping individuals rebuild their lives with dignity, stability, and purpose. I am passionate about creating pathways for people impacted by poverty, addiction, and incarceration to move beyond survival and toward long-term opportunity.Through recovery-centered programming and workforce development initiatives, I focus on building systems that empower individuals to reclaim their identity, develop meaningful skills, and pursue sustainable futures for themselves and their families.My work sits at the intersection of recovery, workforce development, and community transformation. I am particularly passionate about designing programs that address systemic barriers while equipping individuals with the tools, support, and community needed to thrive.I believe lasting change happens when we invest in people, not just through services, but through structures that create opportunity, accountability, and belonging.Guided by values of excellence, stewardship, and collaboration, I strive to lead with honesty, fairness, and hope while building environments where trust and transparency allow people to grow.For me, this work is more than a profession.
