ABOUT JAZMINE WILLIAMS-MCCOY
Jazmine is a seasoned professional in the space of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in both academic and corporate settings. She has over 15 years of experience in Talent Development, Marketing, PR, Talent Acquisition, and Business Strategy, all through the lens of Diversity and Inclusion. In her most recent role, she serves as the Sr. Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Medline Industries, leading all of DEI for the corporation. Prior to that she served as the Director for the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Team at Rock Ventures, the parent company of Rocket Mortgage (formerly Quicken Loans) and The Rock Family of Companies, a fintech corporation with over team members. In this role, she was responsible for leading a systemic approach to identify and analyze DEI gaps and strengths, in addition to leading the DEI team under the guidance of the Chief Diversity Officer.Additionally, she serves on 2 nonprofit boards and continues her work around Higher Education including writing and presenting in and outside of her current role.
