Conducts training that will focus on our caring service for families, including a variety of topics such as effective selling, product knowledge, pricing, and policies.Facilitates all aspects of the initial New Hire 4-week training. Train new Planning Advisors to ensure a thorough understanding of the Forest Lawn Security Agreement program and on the utilization of the Forest Lawn Customer Relationship Management program-Salesforce.Develops and deliver soft skill training for Planning Advisors, including role playing, cold calling, door-to-door scenarios, prospecting field work and development operation skills.Coordinates and prepares training curricula as needed to conduct training sessions.Independently and continuously evaluates, identifies and provides recommendations regarding areas that require changes or modification as needed
