She currently is the Lead Product Manager for mobile apps at the Wikimedia Foundation and Co-Founder of Project Z, a workforce development nonprofit for under-resourced youth.    Launched new communication interface in the Android app that resulted in a 12% increase in engagement with Talk Pages on mobile devices while working within the constraints of existing APIs-Introduced Apple Pay as a native form of donations payment in the IOS app, amongst several interventions to increase mobile app donations and exceeding donation targets and doubling campaign impressions- Led the release of a second iteration of an open source playbook for inclusive product development and strategy, which has been adopted by all Wikimedia software development feature teams while gaining support from executives, and external stakeholders - Ethically leveraged AI to increase the quality and return rate of an article description generating micro task in the Wikipedia Android app-Creatively addressed the competing priorities of our users and challenges of discoverability surfaced through user research by introducing a reading focus mode, customizable toolbar and namespace search increasing pageviews by 2%-Integrating organizational strategy, data, and industry insights to create multi-year roadmaps for the iOS and Android mobile app-Working with a highly talented team of engineers, designers, researchers, community specialists and data analysts to define, design, and build features that delight-Establish, measure and report on team\'s OKRs while using A/B Testing, experimentation and SQL in Superset-Collaborate with our large community of active users and volunteers in person and online-Using both qualitative and quantitative methods to inform decisions and measure the impact of features-Mentor and manage junior PMs
