Covering 11 offices across the UK and Europe, in this role I am responsible for the Learning and Development of the sales department as well as supporting the IR and BD departments. The team and I wrote and rolled out a new onboarding programme which includes a blended learning academy and systems training. I personally have responsibility for upskilling the Learning and Development team as well as training and supporting Junior and Middle management and other staff across the business.
