As someone who is dedicated to providing the highest quality of service at all times, I am always intimately involved in a project, and oversee and monitor it until both I and the client are completely satisfied. I have a long track record of ensuring projects are delivered to the highest quality, within budget by effectively organising, managing and Utilising all resources.The foundation of my success lies in my talent and passion for project management. As a highly motivated person I view operational problems as business challenges and opportunities waiting to be discovered.I have a well deserved reputation for getting all projects, no matter how large or small, done on time and within budget. I have a track record of planning and coordinating all project phases from conception, through to design and execution.Typical responsibilities include:· Ensure that all health, safety and welfare obligations associated with the project delivery are met· Identify the necessary resources and assign individual responsibilities· Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.· Carry out all the Project Manager’s duties established for the project by the Task Role Assignment Matrix.· Ensure that relations with the client and all stakeholders in the project are maintained and managed to an appropriate level.· Apply the company’s methodology effectively and enforce project standards.· Minimise company exposure to risk on the project.· Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.· Responsible for budgeting and forecasting, expense reporting, risk management, status reporting and execution· Create project documentation and strategy plans· Carrying out site surveys including risk assessment· Account for complete project lifecycle from inception to project termination· Manage end to end program delivery· Provide guidance to the team and other project managers· Create risk mitigation plans· Understanding what the client or company wants to achieve· Agreeing timescales, costs and resources needed to deliver a project· Negotiating with contractors and suppliers· Directing a multi-disciplinary team· Reporting regularly on progress to the client and stakeholders· Resolving any issues and delays· Managing several projects simultaneously with the support of junior staff members
